Chris has led a number of large-scale new-build residential developments. He has taken projects from pre-site acquisition (where feasibility analysis and ‘imagineering’ are key requirements) through to occupation or sale of the completed building.

- Client’s Agent to the Professional Design Team

Chris is a former Barrister with an MBA from London Business School. He has a passion for all things to do with design & construction; is committed to sustainability in the construction and use of homes; loves working with designers, artists, craftsman and artisans and is a keen sailor, irregular off-road cyclist and is now revisiting his old squash-playing & running days.
