We have been engaged in all sorts of projects. Typically these have one or more of the following characteristics:
Complex or across multiple buildings
High value, c.£1.5m+ development cost
Small or large projects where the client is overseas or otherwise time-poor
Innovative projects - where unusual techniques, designs or materials will be required
"Jewel" type projects, where the construction may be small but the result is intended to be special and beautiful - the budget, though important, will be a secondary consideration
Sites with knotty problems
Examples include:
Proposals for realising value from 4 barns, redundant and/or listed, on agricultural land
Development of a small bungalow on a large plot
Bringing on a 15,000 Square foot, client-designed house from grant of planning to commencement of construction
Development of an apartment block on a steep site formerly owned by Network Rail
Negotiating with Stakeholders and designing and implementing site preparatory works prior to the construction of 3 new contemporary houses on a restricted site in central London
Assistance with proposals for the creation of a temporary outdoor theatre space
